Staff profile: Kerrie Gregory
Kerrie started with us in 2006, initially as an Associate Consultant recruiting in the high volume space. She quickly progressed into a Consultant role and today manages both the call centre and business support teams in Madison Recruitment’s Auckland branch. She is a well-respected manager who tackles her work with pace, achieving several awards as a result. Kerrie says “It’s not just a job for me, it's a career and I have not worked with a more dedicated group of people. Madison has given me the opportunity to progress right from an entry level role through to management and has provided me with additional training, support and development through every step of the way. It may be cliché to say, but I honestly could not imagine working for a more progressive, dynamic, reputable organisation. I believe that it's the people that make a job and if you are looking for a social, work hard / play hard culture Madison definitely radiates this”. |
Staff profile: Rachelle Ransfield
Rachelle worked in travel and tourism sales prior to joining our Wellington team in 2009. She recruits in the high volume space, placing permanent candidates whilst managing a fairly large temp pool. Though relatively new to recruitment, Rachelle was the highest performer in 2010 and attributes this to “the on-going support from my team and manager, the constant appreciation of the work I complete and the vibrant culture. I love my role at Madison because of the culture, it’s like nowhere I've worked before - we have amazing company values and hands on directors/managers who support you in your role. I enjoy the fast paced environment at Madison, and the relationships I get to build on a daily basis - Madison has provided me with opportunities that would be hard to find elsewhere”.
